Bassam Khoury

A renowned architect who graduated from the ALBA university, Bassam has worked on multiple projects across Lebanon and the UAE, in both the private and public sectors. He has a passion for the arts and especially for painting, which is also his hobby. Elias wanted to follow his father's footsteps and become an architect. Despite the tragedy, Bassam was keen on launching multiple initiatives to support underprivileged individuals.
Dr. Antoine Karam

A physician specializing in Obstetrics, Gynecologic Surgery, and Infertility, Dr. Karam is also a renowned international pianist and a philanthropist. Throughout his career he has continued to give piano concerts around the world, recently giving a piano benefit concert at the Scottish Rite Theatre in Peoria, Illinois, in collaboration with the Peoria Riverfront Museum, as a benefit for treatment of patients at the Lebanese American University Medical Center in Beirut.
Nour Khoury

Nour holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the American University of Beirut and is now a second-year medical student at AUB. She volunteers in several university clubs that support multiple causes and in free clinics held by medical students at AUBMC. She is Elias' sister, who was severely injured on August 4th, and despite the pain and losses she endured, she is committed to give back and help other students achieve their dreams.
Mireille Khoury
Founder Member
Mireille holds an MBA from the American University of Beirut and has more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector, including work in an international organization. She is Elias' mother, who has been fighting for justice for Elias and all the victims of the Beirut blast. Despite the personal tragedy she is committed to giving back to the community and keeping Elias' memory alive.
